Good news for Sony PSP fans! Sony announced two new versions of its popular PSP game console at Sony Computer Entertainment of America's annual conference, Destination Playstation, on Tuesday. The two new PSP versions announced by Sony were Assassin's Creed and Hannah Montana.
Sony stated that the Assassin's Creed PSP version, featuring Assassin's Creed theme, will be a special Piano Black PSP. However, the company did not disclose the details about the new version of PSP. Assassin's Creed is developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft.
According to Sony, the Hannah Montana PSP version is designed specially for the fans of Disney's Hannah Montana. It is lilac colored PSP, featuring the new Hannah Montana rhythm game, a UMD containing several episodes from the hit TV show, a 2GB memory stick PRO Duo, and some lovely Hannah Montana stickers.
Besides that, Sony also announced LittleBigPlanet, MotorStorm, and Rock Band Unplugged coming to its handheld PSP game console. Sony announced that LittleBigPlanet, developed by Media Molecule, will be coming to the PSP some time this fall. Sony, however, revealed no details about MotorStorm and Rock Band Unplugged.
Sony did not announce any launch date for the Assassin's Creed, but it did announce that the Hannah Montana bundle will be available in the stores for retail price of $199.
