5-Year-Old Girl Hospitalized After Eating Noodles Loaded with Drug

A five-year-old girl from Connecticut has been hospitalized after she ate noodles loaded with drug. Her mother fed them to her accidently. The biological father has custody of the girl and he sometimes let her mother visit her.

The 26-year-old mother, Hope Brodie, used a pot to mix illegal hallucinogenic drug PCP with marijuana. Next day, her relative used the same pot to prepare noodles for her daughter.

The use of the drug is illegal in most of the states of America as it’s the most strongest and dangerous drug. PCP is also known as angel dust and several other street names. It is recreational and dissociative drug that causes hallucinations and has neurotoxin effects. Most of the users smoke or snort the drug. It was first developed in 1926 and patented in 1952. It was earlier used as anesthetic under the brand name Sernyl.

The five-year-old girl became hyperactive and confused after eating the noodles. She started saying that she had four noses and started to point her finger at her own face.

The girl was immediately hospitalized after the incident. The police have started to investigate the matter and have also disclosed that the girl is in a stable condition now.
