Ambulances are much more than just patient carriers. They affect the entire life of a person. It is the only resort one seems to have when they are in an emergency situation. The Emergency Response team from Montgomery has been applauded for its excellent work in terms of responding to the various needs of patients in cases of emergency.

An ambulance was put on display by the Tennessee Highway Patrol. These ambulances have worked for a long time for the benefit of one and all. The patients have been able to reach their destinations on time and this is the reason more and more people are able to believe in them.

"EMS week is a nationally recognized event that uses every opportunity to educate the public and to get people to come out to our open house and visit with the responders and providers and see the equipment", EMS Chief Jimmy Edwards said.

He further added that this is a way to salute the everyday heroes who risk their lives and security in order to save lives of other people. There were a number of events held in this regard for the applauding of these heroes as well as for the education of the common man. This is a unique way for encouraging these people to work better.
