Another Case of Medical Negligence Claims a Life
Suzanne Ballantyne

A case of medical negligence has claimed another life. It has been revealed that the woman was given a very high dose of a labor inducing drug. The case was bad because the unborn child of the lady had died 39 months in pregnancy.

The name of the woman was Suzanne Ballantyne and she was a lawyer. The negligence case was registered at St. George’s hospital in London. She was being given treatment for her condition and was given a very high dose of this lethal drug.

The dead child was born and the condition of the woman started to deteriorate soon after that. It has been reported that she was given a dosage of 800-microgrammes of the drug in spite of the maximum limit of it being not more than 50mgs. The science behind the case is that the drug is something that puts patients to a high risk of tears in the uterus. This is the fifth case of negligence that has caused the death of a woman during labor. The hospital authorities are going to be held answerable for such negligence and they are soon going to have to face some serious questioning.
