CWS Fulfils the Wish of an Eight-Year-Old Leukemia Patient

National charity Children’s Wish Society of Malaysia (CWS) has fulfilled the wish of an eight-year-old boy, Mohd Ridzuan Shah, who is suffering from leukemia by presenting him a game console and Transformers toy on Friday.

The gift was presented to the boy at a special ceremony at the Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre yesterday. Father of the child, Willdey Jusipin, 38, said that his son was very happy to receive the gifts because he wanted to have that game since long. The game will provide him relive from boredom while seeking his treatments.

Willdey also expressed his gratitude to CWS for the gifts and Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre, which arranged the visit for his son.

Mohd Ridzuan was diagnosed with leukaemia and underwent his chemotherapy treatment recently. The charity said that that he is an active boy and he is also performing well in his school.

CWS is a national charity dedicated to fulfill the wishes of children of the country who are suffering from serious health complications. The charity was founded in 2008 and since then it has fulfilled the wishes of 110 children.
