Just less than a week after Apple released its third generation iPod Shuffle, Several headphone designers have announced that they are developing specialized "earbuds" for the new iPod Shuffle.
The "earbuds" are very important part of the new iPod Shuffle. Touted as "the world's smallest MP3 player," the new iPod Shuffle has no buttons on it, instead offers earbud control; the control buttons are on "earbuds". That's why the new iPod Shuffle's "earbuds" are attracting several headphone designers.
The headphone designers, such as Scosche, V-Moda, Monster, and Klipsch have announced that they're in the process of developing specialized "earbuds" for the Apple's new iPod Shuffle.
Scosche has announced the IDR350M, IDR450M, and IDR650M models of headphones for the new iPod Shuffle. According to Scosche, the headphones will feature a built-in mic, and they will be priced from $49.99 to $99.99.
V-Moda, the Los Angeles, California based earphone manufacturer, has announced that it is working to bring out Audio Volume Control (AVC) headphones for Apple's new iPod Shuffle, in Q2 of this year. The company has said that its headphones will work with the new Shuffle's VoiceOver feature.
Monster has stated that its new headphones will offer support for the new Shuffle "within the next few months". The company said that it will also release is a special adapter that will add the VoiceOver control to other headphones.
The Indianapolis, Indiana based Klipsch has announced that it is developing headphones for the VoiceOver, for Apple's new iPod Shuffle. The headphones will be available this summer for MSRP of $99.99.
