It has been reported that the Parmalat, a dairy company has recalled two of its milk products from the market. The two products which have been recalled are Pura 2 liter full cream milk and Daisy Fresh 3 liter full cream milk.
The products have been recalled as it was found that the milk was contaminated with cleaning liquid. As they were contaminated the milk products were yellowish in color. If the contaminated products are consumed then it may cause illness. Therefore, consumers have been advised to return the products to the retailers and should not consume them.
The manufacturer called for recall today in the afternoon. Although the milk can have lower reaction upon the consumer, it has been advised to seek medical help if by mistake the products have been consumed.
The manufacturer has recalled the products from the market voluntarily. No case of infection or reaction has been registered. Those who have purchased the products from the ACT store can get refund for their money by returning the products.
The other products of the firm are safe to be used. Consumers are advised to stay alert and not to purchase are Pura 2 liter full cream milk and Daisy Fresh 3 liter full cream milk unless and until an official announcement is made from the manufacturers.
