Apple, in the past few years, has brought a number of changes in its gadgets to gain customers.

Still, the company has been able to book billions of profit. With the speed of technology and advancement taking place in applications and tablets, it seems like soon the internet era would be overtaken by the tablets.

As new applications are being bombarded in the world of tablets, the Federal Trade Commission has turned tougher in its evaluation and review of apps. The stern step has been taken by the Commission to ensure that the developers are not violating privacy laws and making tall promises.

Moreover, it has also showed concern over the exposure of internet and applications over the children. Recently, the Commission slapped an application developer with a fine of $50,000 for collecting information from kids with taking the permission of the Commission.

Lawmakers are also showing interest on activities of application developers. It has been recommended that the authorities concerned should keep a close tab over the activity of the applications developers so that anyone found guilty of breaching privacy rule may be punished.
