Samsung Was No Threat to Apple, Reveals Apple Research
Samsung, Apple

It has been revealed from redacted copy of Apple and Samsung US case that it is not Samsung but Apple which has been playing dubious games.

Apple’s own research has revealed that its iPhone, iPad and other device users would never shift to Samsung and if South Korean company’s growth increased then it might be due to other companies and at the loss of Apple users.

All these details were in original document being filed in the court and not in redacted copy which was meant for public hearing. In its recent case which it lost against Samsung also had a point that Samsung do lot of plagiarism and in fact, its maximum products are copied from one or the other mobile company.

This was made as a reason by them to ban Samsung products in the US market, but the US did not ruled it in favor of Apple. They especially as ked to ban Galaxy Tab 10.1, Galaxy S II and said its designs have been illicitly copied from the Cupertino Company.

Apple knew there is no reason to worry as they have already conducted research in which Apple users have said they are brand loyal and would not ditch them for Samsung. But then, they filed the case to bring down the revenue of Samsung.

To think Samsung was quite innocent would be a mistake as they also laid some unreasonable claims on Apple, such as calling it unfit for smartphone market as they is not sufficient demand for its product. But the court termed it to be a “dubious statement”.

Before filing a lawsuit against Samsung, Apple designed some of the design suggestions for the company, like not to make rectangular shape of the iphone, but Samsung supposedly denied and preferred to face lawsuit.
