It has been informed that all the proposed bills are based on the legislation passed in 2011 and signed by Gov. Jerry Brown. A legislator has proposed that the safety of gas users should be assured by asking companies to install automatic and remotely-controlled shutoff valves on pipelines statewide.
Moreover, a bill has also been proposed which will give the judges the authority to terminate the license of the driver who has been found guilty thrice for driving after getting drunk. As per the bill, the license of the driver would be terminated for a period of ten years.
