Cooking Queen Paula Deen Is Diabetic: Report

It has recently been revealed that Paula Deen, a famous name in Southern Cooking, is all set to reveal to the world that she has Type 2 diabetes. It has been confirmed according to reports that Paula is soon going to be seen endorsing a new diabetes control drug made by Novartis Drug Company.

She is a famous TV personality, a restaurant owner, and an author of a cookbook. She has been cooking good food since a long time, and has apparently been eating the fried and buttery treats herself too.

She is 43- years- old and has long been associated with the food and entertainment industry.

"Some people say they couldn't do without olive oil.' I could do without olive oil a lot quicker than I could do without butter.' It's my deep-fryer", she was once quoted saying. It is essential that people take a note that even those people who tend to look their shiny best on TV, might fall prey to diseases like diabetes and heart dysfunctions.

This makes it all the more important for one and all to understand the need of a healthy diet. Food plays a very essential role in the health of a person, and Type 2 diabetes is entirely preventable, if one starts caring for it at the right time. There is need for one to have a high fiber, less carbohydrate diet, and keep an ideal fitness regimen to steer clear from diseases like these.

It will promote general wellness and keep one away from being obese and lethargic as well. There is need for people to take a firm stand about their health and nutrition so that they are the ones who decide what they do in life, and not their diseases.
