It has been informed that the Obamacare bill would hold keys for the solutions of the problems being faced by the people in the health care programs. The current health care programs are said to be fragmented, ineffective and expensive.

Although the Obamacare bill would be aiming at solving the above-mentioned problems, it will take the bill almost two years to come into being. People are hopeful that by 2014, effective changes would be made in the health programs which would leave a positive affect over the health of the people.

The Obama Administration, during its tenure has worked towards ensuring the safety of the patients. It has worked towards improving the health insurance schemes. In 2010 and 2011 certain laws were passed which helped millions in getting free scanning and also helped unemployed to get an insurance scheme.

But still, the expensive medical bills have been causing havoc to the patients. It is believed that the coming health care bill would aim at reducing the cost of the medical care. it has further been revealed that Obama would be working towards providing health insurance to those who are already suffering from certain illnesses.

As per the current insurance schemes or programs, a person with illness can’t get health insurance. However, the coming bill would carry special provision of such patients. However, the bill would be introduced in 2014, which means people have to wait for Obama to win the elections so that the necessary changes in the health insurance schemes could be brought in.

During an interview, Tim Kaine, a Democratic candidate for the US Senate said, “We need to move away from 'pay for procedure' to 'pay for outcome.' We're a health-care system. That's why the system's so much more expensive. We need incentives for health, paying for health instead of health care”.
