She was diagnosed with bone cancer in 2008, but everything went well. But after four months of chemotherapy, her left knee and leg was removed. Till two years, she was recovering well but again in 2010, doctors saw tumor in her left. Resultant of which she has got to get her left lung removed. Cancer is spreading in her body swiftly and she hardly has two more years with her.

Her parents Richard and Maria want to make her every wish true and have been organizing a grand birthday party for her at the Maltby Miners' Welfare Institute. She has asked every invitee to donate £2 each to her kicked the bucket.

Her collected donation would be distributed in three parts. First part would be given to Abigail, from which she would make her every wish true. Second part of the donation will be given to Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice and the third part would be given to Weston Park Cancer Hospital.

Disco, karaoke, tombola and raffle are some of the many things that will be included in the activities list of her party. "Although I know the cancer will take my life I'm determined to fight on and enjoy the time I have left with my family and my friends. I'm looking forward to my party", said courageous Abigail.
