Sutherland questioned by police in head-butting case

New York  - Actor Kiefer Sutherland, scourge of evil terrorists on the hit show 24, turned himself in to police for questioning Thursday about his alleged head-butting of a fashion designer.

Jack McCollough claims that a clearly inebriated Sutherland cut his nose in the unprovoked attack Tuesday night outside a Manhattan nightclub.

Should Sutherland be charged, it may count as a probation violation and send him back to jail California, where last year he spent 48 days behind bars for his second drunk-driving conviction. (dpa)
