IntelliGender’s new over-the-counter product - “Boy or Girl Gender Prediction Test”

The Plano, Texas-based company, IntelliGender, has created a singular, over-the-counter product - the "Boy or Girl Gender Prediction Test"! With the help of the new prediction test, couples can find out the gender of the baby-to-be-born in as early as ten weeks after pregnancy, as against the earlier nearly twenty-week duration required for knowing the baby's gender.

The unique test came into being when the scientists of the IntelliGender isolated certain hormones and combined them with a "proprietary mix" of chemicals - thereby leading to the determination of the gender of the child a pregnant woman is carrying.

Though IntelliGender has refrained from divulging further on the hormones or chemicals used for the gender prediction test - due to a pending patent - it claims that a gender of a baby can be known within ten minutes of taking the urine test. In case, she is carrying a boy, the specimen will turn green; and in case of a girl, it will turn orange!

Talking about the new gender-determination product, IntelliGender co-founder Rebecca Griffin said: "Most parents have a great degree of curiosity to find out if they're having a boy or a girl, and it can be so excruciating to wait until the 20-week sonogram to find out. But the test was never meant to be a diagnostic tool. We don't claim 100 percent accuracy."
