Luminetx Corp signs deal with Premier Purchasing for its ‘VeinViewer Technology’

Luminetx Corp signs deal with Premier Purchasing for its ‘VeinViewer Technology’Based in Memphis, Luminetx Corp, which develops and commercializes medical products and biometric technologies, has signed an inclusion agreement with Premier Purchasing LP, a large health care purchasing network.

Under the arrangement, Premier’s acute care and continuum of care members will secure access to Luminetx’ VeinViewer technology.

The VeinViewer, which is signature product of Luminetx, is a vascular imaging system that allows physicians, nurses and other health care professionals to clearly see accessible vasculature (or lack thereof) in real time.

San Diego-based Premier serves more than 2,000 U.S. hospitals, more than 53,000 other health care organizations and is owned by not-for-profit hospitals.

Apart from this, the company has signed similar contract with Sacramento, California-based Vustik.
