Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears' choice of husbands, shows how little sense the two has when it comes to choosing their men.

Blake Fielder-Civil married to Winehouse is serving time in jail, and now it seems Jason Alexander, whom Britney married in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony in 2004, might be heading for the slammer too for violating a court order.

In 2006, Alexander was busted for DUI and ordered to complete an alcohol education programme, which includes a visit to the local morgue. On learning Alexander missed his first two appointments, the judge slammed him back again for probation violation. Scheduled for a 9th December release, it's a pity, his marriage to Britney didn't last as long as his stint in the slammer.

As for Britney, she certainly has turned her life around and had a great week, what with the release of 'Circus' her new album, and appearances on 'Good Morning America' and her 'For the Record' documentary. But, the same can't be said for Jason Alexander, her childhood Louisiana friend and husband for 55-hours, who seems to be headed the other way.

Due back in court on 2nd February 2009, Alexander's probation time may be extended, depending on his progress report.
