With the recent addition of a new update, eBay Mobile - the free and popular iPhone business app - has now been further enhanced; and the early reviews pouring in from App Store customers appear quite upbeat!

The latest release of the eBay Mobile app, which has already hit the iTunes App Store, enables the 'on the go' buyers and sellers to bid on items, verify prices, and respond to consumer queries.

In addition, bidders will receive 'push notifications' - informing them that they have been outbid, or that a particular auction is nearing an end. In case bidders want to up their bid, after receiving the push message, they can tap the 'View' button and take the requisite action; and in case they wish to ignore the auction, they can use the 'Close' button.

The newly-released eBay Mobile update is also capable of searching completed items and descriptions. Moreover, another added feature - Integrated Pay with PayPal support - allows buyers to complete the payment transaction for certain items from within eBay Mobile, without having to use either a computer or the built-in browser of the iPhone.

However, since eBay's PayPal technology is not applicable to all items, the purchase bid for those eBay items that necessitate instantaneous payment would still have to be made on either a regular computer or via eBay's desktop application.
