Actress Alyssa Milano has filed for a restraining order against Jeff Turner, a 54 year-old Santa Cruz resident saying he is 'an obsessed and mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan.'
The motion, filed Friday accuses Turner of 'increasingly threatening behavior', including 'obsessively' attempting to contact Milano, 34, star of 'Charmer', even hiking miles to reach her home in Ventura County.
The court papers also suggest Turner has broken into Milano's home, and though she does not know him, fears for the personal safety of her family and friends. The actress also seeks protection for her parents, Tom and Lin Milano and brother - Cory Milano.
Just last month we Jennifer Garner, star of 'Alias' was also compelled to seek a court-ordered reprimand against a lovelorn television owner, who simply couldn't fathom life away from her.
Turner has been ordered to stay 100-yards from Milano and her family's homes, workplaces, and vehicles. A 21st January 2009 hearing is schedule for the temporary restraining order.
