Apple Inc. and AT&T are all set to boost customer satisfaction by implementing new carrier-specific features through iPhone software updates.
Apple-insider confirmed that some of the potential changes include the implementation of Visual Voicemail, overage alerts, which warns users when they are close to exceeding their monthly minutes.
Apple can also allow more voicemail customization, including the removal of AT&T’s custom voicemail introduction.
The above mentioned move is a joint effort by the Apple Inc. and AT&T. It was also informed that Apple Inc. will also look into other options for features as suggested by the customers.
The main goal of Apple’s concerned move is said to be to make customers satisfied with AT&T’s network.
