Campus Management acquires nGenera’s Talisma CRM

Campus Management has notified that it has acquired nGenera’s Talisma CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to expand its Asia-Pacific and India foot-print.

 

Under the arrangement, Campus management will acquire all assets of Talisma CRM software product suite, the Talisma Higher Education business unit based in Bellevue WA, and Talisma Corporation Private Ltd. in Bangalore, India.

 

The companies involved are privately held and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 

Talisma CRM is the leading software product suite providing multi-channel Customer Relationship Management for a range of industries.

 

In addition, the parties also announced an agreement that enables Campus Management to sell, integrate and support nGenera's knowledge base software, a product widely used by customers of the Talisma CRM suite.

 

Campus Management will retain the Talisma brand name in Asia-Pacific, while selling the CRM products under its own brand in the US.

 

Campus plans to expand its development team in Bangalore by adding 150 more product developers.
