Pill Helps Change Women’s Taste in Men
sex life and fertility

This pill, the modern miracle of the 1960s gave women control over their sex life and fertility and is now being blamed for the changing taste in men as per a new report by scientists.

The report suggests that scientists have discovered in a new study that the hormones in the oral contraceptive suppress a woman’s inclination towards masculine men and boyish men seem more attractive to them.

The change may be observed for a very short duration every month but since the pill is 40 years old, it has been the reason for this change for a considerable time.

The shift in tastes can be seen since the 1950s and 1960s when stars like Sean Connery and Marlon Brando were the hot favorites to recent time’s stars like Zac Efron and Chace who have a boy-like charm.

The rise in popularity of the smooth-skinned brigade can be explained by the efforts put in to market films and merchandise on an ever younger age group.

“There are many obvious benefits of the Pill for women, but there is also the possibility that the Pill has psychological side-effects that we are only just discovering”, said Dr. Alexandra Alvergne, of the University of Sheffield, tells the Daily Mail.

Research says that during the days of ovulation women prefer masculine or assertive men while on other days they are inclined towards boyish faces and more caring personalities.

Therefore women who are taking the pill don’t have fertile days which do not let them experience hormonal changes that make masculine men attractive to them.
