On Monday, Chief Executive of PC maker Dell Inc. Michael Dell said that the company is seeking more acquisitions as part of a turnaround plan and is developing merger expertise.
Dell assured to get reasonably active and claimed that the company is mulling acquisitions which will help growth in company's corporate sales.
Apart from this, the company also informed about its intentions to consider more deals in the healthcare industry.
Dell, which is progressing further into the services business, revealed its plans to in September to purchase technology services company Perot Systems Corp. for a sum of $3.9 billion.
The deal will help the No. 2 PC maker to compete better with Hewlett-Packard Co and International Business Machines Corp. The deal will also be the largest acquisitions by the company.
