Orange customers should be happy as 3G and 3GS handsets of iPhone will be available for them from 10 November. It marks the end of a significantly exclusive two – year deal with the operator O2.
There are a variety of options to pay for these like 'Pay as You Go' and 'Pay Monthly in Installments', to state a few. They have a great offer for customers taking a two year contract at about £30 to £45 per month as they will get the handset absolutely free of cost.
The tariffs for Orange customers are pretty much the same and they have similar offers for most of the 2 year contracts with just meager or almost unnoticeable difference. Nevertheless, a lot of customers, roughly more than a quarter of a million, have been showing interest by registering in their request on the website ever since the announcement came through.
Vodafone also had made a similar announcement that iPhone would be available for its customers from the year 2010 and it has not yet made any declarations about its pricing.
As the Orange pricing had not caused a stir, Vodafone is expected to turn the tables around with spectacular pricing although that remains to be seen.
