Google has unveiled its latest move to pacify the concerns of all privacy critics with its Google Dashboard. This Dashboard provides the user with all the information that pours into the computers at Google as soon as they log into any Web service that belongs to Google.
The user will get the complete summary of the e–mails, all the search requests and also the videos that had been viewed in Youtube. This is a big step forward for Google Inc. as it tries to calm the privacy watchdogs by giving them further power over their private details.
This new measure of privacy control will also let users know their search history, the number of mails they have sent or received, including the number of attachments.
The Dashboard is explicitly organized in different sections giving out different information. While the left side gives the account summary and the right side is dedicated for the links which aids the user to edit their account and also to delete certain data. It is organized depending on the Google services in use and other products.
