Fourth day of search for missing toddler

Detectives have been searching for a missing toddler for the fourth day. The search is being carried on in the wooded area.

A utility worker found a child's skull less than a half-mile from the Orlando home where the toddler lived with her mother and grandparents.

The toddler, Caylee has been missing since June. Search has revealed clues about Caylee’s disappearance. But last week’s discovery of a skull is the only revelation about the case.

Orange County Sheriff's deputies, agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and FBI experts have launched a collaborative effort in searching the vacant property for clues. Sheriff's spokesman Carlos Padilla revealed that  the thick undergrowth was delaying the search operations.

Caylee's mother, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, delayed reporting about her missing daughter. Her initial report with the police said that she left the child with a baby sitter. But the investigation of the detectives showed that the story  was cooked up and  untrue. Anthony was charged with her daughter's murder on Oct. 14.
