FiCentive, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Payment Data Systems, Inc. has entered into a multi-year contract with Encompass Communications, Inc. to deliver instant issue Encompass Prepaid MasterCard(R) cards.

The card program will provide Ficentive's consumers with a reloadable MasterCard card that is issued instantly and is ready-to-use by the cardholder as soon as they leave the store.

In addition, the card program will also allow for the cardholder to use the card to facilitate direct deposit and bill payment.

Encompass Prepaid MasterCard(R) cards works just like a credit card when it has a prepaid value added. The customer calls a toll-free number to set up his/her account. A genuine name-embossed MasterCard® Card is mail delivered to them in days.

The company plans to make the card available for distribution in 1,000 retail stores by the end of the fourth quarter of this year.

Encompass Communications is a well-established supplier of prepaid long distance and a multitude of other prepaid services.
