CallCopy, Inc., one of the industry's fastest growing call recording and quality monitoring software companies, has entered into a reseller distribution agreement with CNP Technologies, one of ShoreTel's leading partners in the world.
As a result of the agreement, CNP will market and sell CallCopy's suite of contact center solutions as part of its current data, voice and security product and service offerings.
