Manny Pacquiao is planning on filing a defamation suit against Floyd Mayweather Jr for making false accusations. Promoter Arum had set Thursday as deadline for an agreement on testing but no comprise has been reached out.

Pacquiao's website states that Mayweather's camp is "asking too many unrealistic and unprecedented items on the bargaining table, including that of an Olympic-style drug testing".

In his Christmas wishes to Floyd, Pacquiao also warned him for court’s trial. Mayweather camp had accused Pacquiao of using Olympic-style drugs for the fight. Nevada regulations only permit test before the fight and afterwards only urine sample are tested in dressing room.

Pacquiao said that now even general public had started questioning him over the performance- enhancing drugs, which has pushed him further into filing the suit.

In a statement, Pacquiao pleaded that he is innocent and his hard work had paved the way for top and he is just unaware about the steroids.

He again challenged Floyd Mayweather Jr. for a face to face fight in the rings so the people can get their true “king of rings”.
