Charlie Sheen Booked for Domestic Violence

Comedy star of small screen series “Two and a Half Men”, actor Charlie Sheen had been arrested on charges of domestic violence in the Colorado Ski Resort, situated in Aspen city.

44 years old Sheen was booked under charges of second-degree assault and menacing, infraction along with the charges of domestic violence. On the payment of $8,500, the actor was released from jail, but has to appear in court on 8th Feb, 2010 at 10.30 am.

Though the police still have not identified the victim, news website, Radar Online revealed that actor shoved his wife Brooke Mueller during a heated argument between them.

Sheen’s spokesman, Stan Rosenfield had neither accepted nor denied the online reports but said that at the time of arrest couple were enjoying Christmas vacation at residence of Mueller’s family in Aspen.

Former actress, Mueller, 32, is now a real estate agent. Sheen and Mueller got engaged in July 2007 and got married in May 2008.

Sheen is the son of famous actor Martin Sheen, who was the star of TV drama “The West Wing”.

Sheen has two films to his credit, "Platoon" and "Wall Street", but is best known for his role of wealthy, womanizing Malibu bachelor in "Two and a Half Men", the television show.
