Numerous Salt River Project customers are without power as a technical fault has been preventing them from paying for their services.
SRP confirmed that many M-Power customers who purchase their power in advance via a pre-paid debit cards, have been left in the dark as pre-paid power program is facing glitch.
The company said that it was working round the clock to fix the problem. However, it could not find what caused the problem.
Commenting on the issue, the company said, “We still haven't found a root cause.”
However, has advised its affected customers to enter a temporary code into their meters to get power restored. The code is 7183-1924-9398-0502.
