Obese people may have a sigh of relief as scientists have discovered that popping a chili pepper pill can reduce flab.

As reported, a team under University of Oklahoma has successfully developed a pill made from chili peppers and capsicum, which can burn as many calories as burnt with 80 minutes of walk or 25 minutes of jog.

The manufacturers of this capsule said that Hollywood stars Jennifer Lopez, Brad Pitt and Britney Spears are already using it.

Results from the trials taken at University of Oklahoma clearly shows that additional reduction in 278 calories was recorded in the adults who were given Capsiplex, during and after a round of exercise in comparison to those given placebos.

The scientists are well aware of the weight loss potential of pepper chili from few decades but now they have developed the way to consume it, by providing protective layer on it which prevents irritation in stomach.

30 capsules will cost nearly £29.99.

Studies have revealed that for nutritional supplements which are aiming at regulating the diet, hot peppers and their extracts is the best and safest option.

Personal trainers in the United States are already recommending the use of these pills to their customers for fast weight loss.
