Google’s Smartphone Might be Just Days Away

Another leaked out but unconfirmed report about Google's smart phone revealed that Nexus One may contract for selling of 10 percent less than earlier. This will be $180 though earlier it was $200 per smart phone. The contract will be for two years.

The device will reportedly have just one service plan with a cost of $80 per month, and it will be having 500 minutes to talk, along with unlimited Web access and short text messages but there will not be any family plans for the Nexus One.

Accessories available with the Google phone will supposedly incude a desktop docking station, which will sell for $40, and let users "charge (your) phone while streaming music and backing up your data".

In the car's docking station, this smart phone will be in navigation and hands free mode.

Google has already given its proto type units to Nexus One.

This smartphone is loaded with Android OS 2.1 with 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, and will have 512 MB RAM. It will be coming with a 4 GB microSD card, expandable up to 32 GB.

The gPhone, as it can be called, will also have Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, stereo support along with 5 MPx camera with auto-focus and LED flash, a GPS receiver, accelerometer, and digital compass.

It will be 4.7 inches tall, 2.3 inches wide and 0.5 inches thick. Its weight will be 4.6 oz.
