Motorola has come up with its next revolutionary Android-based Smartphone, the Droid Devour. The Verizon Wireless is expected to launch the model in the U.S in the early period of this year.

The phone has come up with a new look possessing a silver color scheme with more insights, according to an image leaked by Boy Genius Report. The new version uses a BlackBerry-like optical trackpad for navigation instead of touch screen and is seen by the BGR source as a "killer" input choice.

The phone is known to have a 3-megapixel camera and use Motorola's custom MOTOBLUR interface on top of Android 2.1.In addition it possess an inbuilt Wi-Fi and GPS feature.

Also the phone can cling to CDMA and EVDO for cellular calls and data. The Sidekick-like positioning and key spacing in the keyboard makes it user friendly.

Is it just us, or does Motorola need to work harder at looking further afield than just Verizon? Is an ubiquitous question bothering everyone.
