Director Christopher Nolan is all set to make another film after his 'The Dark Knight' took the world by storm. The next movie titled 'Gotham' as rumours say, has all the global comic-book fan boys atwitter, after reports that Eddie Murphy will be playing 'The Riddler' in Batman 3. This contradicts earlier unconfirmed rumoured whispers that claimed Johnny Depp would be reinventing the role in the new film, played by Jim Carrey in 1995's 'Batman Forever'. Scheduled for a 2010 release, the Batman 3 flick, so says the Sun, will feature Shia LeBeouf, 'Transformers' star as Robin, with Rachel Weisz as Catwoman, though circulating rumours would have us believe the role was to be played by Cher, 62.
With a guaranteed cliff-hanger ending, the new Batman film will leave audiences wondering, whether Batman survives an explosion at Wayne Towers . According to British tabloid - Sun, Nolan was not sure whether he wanted to make another movie, but as soon as he made up his mind, he set the wheels in motion. The inside source goes on to add: 'Eddie's a fantastic addition. Everyone's excited to see what he does as the Riddler.'

Others rumoured to be joining him are, Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Shia LeBeouf (Robin), Rachel Weisz (Catwoman), and perhaps early reports of Philip Seymour Hoffman as The Penguin could be resurrected.
