A recent AIDS video, in which a female warned that she has AIDS and has went on to infect over a hundred people in Detroit, had managed to become the most popular video circulating across the Internet, even gaining media attention. But it has landed the star, 23 year old Jackie Braxton of Detroit, in big trouble.

Posted on MediaTaleOut. com first, the video showed a woman whose face was not visible, but she did claim that she has "set out to destroy the world. Three minutes of pleasure turns into a lifetime of death".

The video soon found its way to YouTube. com, and got passed around in emails and was even picked up by the media. Police and heath officials then started receiving worried calls about the claims in the video, and that was what led to the arrest.

While Jackie did admit to the police, who reached her after tracking down the source of the video, that she was a woman in the video, she has termed the whole thing as a "hoax" and was meant as a "public service message".

After testing negative for HIV/AIDS, Jackie has now been released but the officials are debating whether she should be charged for a crime.
