According to the announcement made by Google on Monday, Android users to whom the new Android OS 7.0 'Nougat' is first being rolled out are those who own Nexus devices.
Soon, an over-the-air software update will be released by Google to enable the owners of the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 6, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, Pixel C and Android One to upgrade to their devices to the new Android 'Nougat' version.
Moreover, Google has also said that users who had enrolled their mobile devices in the Android Beta Program will also receive the final version of Android 'Nougat' in the near future.
Meanwhile, for the users of all other Android-based mobile devices, the roll out of the Android 'Nougat' update will largely depend on how the upgrade is pushed out by their device manufacturers and carriers.
