National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), one of India’s premier securities depositories, is poised to enter the capital markets with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs. 4,011 crore. The offering, entirely structured as an offer for sale, will enable existing shareholders to divest part of their holdings. The price band has been fixed between Rs. 760 and Rs. 800 per share.
