Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Oil India Limited (OIL) have joined forces to establish a city gas distribution (CGD) network in Arunachal Pradesh, a move aimed at expanding access to cleaner fuels in one of India’s most geographically challenging states.
